Who Do Girls Love To Shop For Clothes?

Men have always wondered why girls love to shop for clothes. When men are dragged to the mall by their girlfriend, who spends hour upon hour looking for a specific dress and trying on dozens of them, only to go away having bought nothing, he is quite simply baffled as to the appeal. What is it that makes them love it so much?

Well, the first thing to say is that women are not all that different from men in a lot of ways. They enjoy competition and the thrill of the hunt as men do, they simply vent their desires doing a different sport. Whilst men will be out hunting wild game in the woods with their rifles, women will be dashing around the mall hunting for the perfect shoes.

Another thing that men and women have in common, although it might not seem like it, is their competitive nature. Again, this is something that men prefer to vent outdoors in some sort of physical sport. Women, however, compete vigorously for the best outfits when they are out shopping, and absolutely love to outdo their friends when they turn up to the club with that great top that everyone is after.

I suppose one of the main reason that they love to shop is to stay up to date with all the newest fashions that are doing the rounds. Women are masters of fashion and dress sense and know exactly how to co-ordinate a great look. They will not only be out looking for clothing, but they will be after the whole ensemble set. Make up, shoes, jewellery and clothes all add up to create the perfect look.

Last but not least, it is the whole package that draws a lot of women to the shops. The whole day out, spending time with your friends, catching up over a coffee and a sandwich, and having a good natter. All of this adds up to a pretty good day out for most girls.

These are the top reasons why girls enjoy shopping for clothes.

This is the Perfect Time to visit a Wonderful The Clothing Shop website, with Clothes Shop links and Cool Gifts like Watches, T-Shirts and More! You’ll find also Great Deals and Huge Offers for Shoes and Bags. What else are you waiting for?

Anger Management For Children

Anger, a perfectly normal emotion, can change into something frightening and ugly. The first thought you might have of anger issues may bring about images of a couple fighting, a parent abusing a child, a teenager lashing out at a teacher or a parent. Rarely will images of angry children come to mind. Unfortunately children, at very young ages, have to deal with feelings of anger and rage. This is a truth which is often difficult for adults to understand or deal with.

Children, young children especially, aren’t normally aware of their emotions. When a child becomes upset or mad they simply display these emotions through their behaviour. A good example of this might be a little boy in a supermarket who throws a tantrum because he’s upset. Many parents have had to deal with similar circumstances. It is unfortunate that often these occurrences are overlooked or dismissed because they are “just children”. Anger management in kids is as important, or perhaps even more important than anger management in adults.

A youth requires instruction and guidance from their coming into the world to their entry into adulthood. The things they learn throughout their young lives are likely to form the person they become as an adult. For this reason, anger management in children with difficulties controlling their temper is extremely important. Finding ways to teach anger management for kids might present challenges.

There are various programs designed specifically for children with frustration, anxiety and anger management problems. Discovering one that works for a particular child might require testing many methods. Not all children will react to the same treatment for anger management for kids. Because a child cannot always relate their feelings surrounding angry outburst, finding the right approach could take some time. Until the issue is resolved or at least controlled, it is imperative to continue the search.

Young children may respond well to worksheets, games and fun activities. All of these can be used effectively to teach anger management for kids. Developing programs which incorporate each of these might be the best route to take. A child completing a worksheet, colouring sheet or participating in games and activities with underlying messages regarding anger management, may not even realize they are working on their problem.

Making the activity fun doesn’t mean that the anger issue has to be left out. Choosing fun activities which teach healthy interaction and decision making might be good for anger management for children. Teaching them to take turns and helping them to learn that they can’t always be the best or the winner would definitely make a difference when confrontational situations occur. Little activities which instill values and positive thinking would be beneficial for anger management in children.

If a child is old enough to discuss their anger-related problems, encouraging them to divulge their feelings is very important. Suggesting that they talk to someone with whom they feel comfortable and trust is a good idea regarding anger management for kids. Asking them to write or draw about their emotions may help them reveal their underlying problems, whether it be fear, pain or depression.

If you can teach them to ask for help when they feel threatened or angry, it would certainly help the child with an anger-related problem. The important thing to realize when thinking about anger management for kids is that they are just “kids”. Their minds are not able to handle adult situations and so they will need a much more careful approach.

The Music Market

I’m, first of all, a passionate for music. My passion for music before I can recall it, and grew with the fact that I had the luck to have older brother and sisters whose music collection was wide enough to feed my music interests.

Also since a little kid I was interested in technology, and started programming at the age of four. Being nowadays a music lover and also a musician, and at the same time graduated and working as a Computer Science Engineer, I feel myself lucky to have some ground bases to analyse the state of music business.

The music business is in a chaotic state. The record industry is declining, and is throwing the guilt of it to unauthorised downloading of music. While they blame it, the truth is music market is falling, whos to blame? The fault is from the music industry itself.

A music label head recently admitted he knows nothing about the music industry of nowadays. They decided to sue their customers by suing music fans that do unauthorised downloads instead of suing those who really make money out of copyrighted works, and restricting their clients’ rights with technologies like DRM.

It is surely true that it’s hard to find a completely fair way of compensating musicians while promoting the access to culture, but there are efforts to design market models that work – at least better than the actual one. The biggest problem is that the music industry – defined by the four major labels – doesn’t get it.

The music market has changed, music, musicians and music lovers adapted themselves to new trends and technologies, but the music industry decided to ignore all the signs, refusing to see the big elephant in the room, and kept doing business in an obsolete way.

In a perfect world public and large private companies could experience rapid growth by simply treating their client base right and taking and gradually making more transactions to increase revenues to subsidize the additional costs of more locations, employees etc. This is fine if you’re only trying to build a company worth a few million and then fold up when you’re ready to retire.

But if you are looking to build a legacy company that you can hand down to generations, create jobs, expand globally and constantly have a steady stream of purchase and merger offers as a safety net, you need to grow through acquisition and the best way to raise the capital for this process is to go public.

Going public is a technical process where the post public promotion referred to as IR or Investor Relations is the key to stabilizing and growing your share price. Limit the volume of shares for public consumption, pump out maximum publicity, make brokers and investors comb the planet to find available shares and force the price to grow by leaps and bounds by creating demand.

When you need funding use PIPES and pay off the loan so the PIPE firm doesn’t liquidate the shares onto the market, get those shares back.
I had a client email me a letter he got from a Do It Yourself investor relations firm. They claim to be able to train CEOs of public companies to take care of the IR campaigns for companies on the London, OTCBB and Pink Sheets. The claim that they can teach you to never need the services of an IR firm again and my response to this client was….Um…Are you an idiot? I guess I was a little upset since I own five percent of the company that he was proposing this DIY solution for IR.

Here is the deal. You need to three basic things to have a solid investor relations campaign. First you need a Pump solution. Don’t confuse pump with pump and dump. Remember, you always want to limit the shares put out to the public but you need to pump public demand and hunger for your shares to keep the price where it’s high enough to use as collateral for loans to subsidize growth without having to release more shares onto the market.

Next you need volume. Keep the shares that are in the market place moving. Hold corporate shares to your chest and keep the shares in the public moving, without volume you won’t be able to do anything with your stock. Don’t mistake the concept of creating volume with releasing shares into the public to create cash. Last but not least you need to be in the public eye. You need to have a publicist that will get you on industry expert panels on radio, tv, blogs, podcasts and every publicity medium in between. Get your CEOs face, company name and trading symbol on the bottom corner of everything including but not limited to the bicep and forearm of every sales executive in the company. Ok maybe that’s a bit much but my point is an organization that stands together behind their CEO is an organization that will survive and thrive.

These were just a few of the points that one needs to consider when going public, trying to stay public and promoting a public company. In this industry the old conviction of . . . Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see is the golden rule.

OTCBB NASDAQ and Chinese Expansion

Global consultants are all preaching the need for IPOs and eastern expansion into major Chinese markets but very few have the knowledge on exactly how to accomplish this and even less have the contacts to make such ventures happen.

In order for a company make a cross boarder expansion into a massive market like China work the consulting firm must have powerful local and federal government contracts as well as regional and local business leaders that can support the transition. Get ready to make payoffs as this is still the way developing nations operate and during an audit there are always three sets of books, one set the company shows the government for taxes, one they show to clients to earn their business and then the actual books which are only shown to insiders. Without the proper synergies in place by the consultant and the regional power-base you can forget a trouble free expansion. Consultants who are taking their clients public in the United States and then engineering international expansion and global strategic alliances are connected, in a big way to law makers on all sides as this is the only realistic way to facilitate a global expansion. I have been in this industry for 25 years and there is one company that is constantly in the news and on the tongues of global strategists for their ongoing track record for successfully taking companies public and facilitating global expansions on behalf of their clients at a speed that is simply staggering. Princeton Corporate Solutions is one of the only true global expansion strategies consulting firms. Their CEO, James Scott has established himself among US, EU and Chinese governments and regional lawmakers as an executive with the contacts to make or break a local industry in a developing/industrializing nation.

“It’s all about synergy”, Scott explains, “when taking a company public the corporate infrastructure must be in place and the professional pedigree of the ‘C’ level executives and board of directors must be in place. After this the company can focus on inter-industry alliances and then step onto the path of going public and that path will typically start with the OTCBB if the company has ambitions to grow onto the NASDAQ”.

And as for international expansion Scott explains, “Once again, it is about synergy. We always help our clients piggyback off of the successes, distribution and alliances that we have set up for previous clients and whenever we can put another successful entity into the mix, it strengthens the position of all parties involved”.

International consulting firms agree that the one true, viable fund raising strategy is a public offing with powerful post public investor relations in place to create a market for the company and global expansion takes more than elbow grease and know how but a plethora of contacts that cover all the basis’.

Shrewd businesses grasp the importance of getting hit by the search engines and are capable of catching the biggest share of searchers. 5. Submit to Directories

Submitting the site to several web site directories will generate the required incoming links all together. Make sure that the directories you select don’t have the “no follow” option on their links.

6. Contribute to Social Networks

Putting links on social networking sites can help to establish the website’s reputation.

7. Submitting to Blogs

When you comment and guest blog on reputable, relevant third-party blogs, you can benefit from “referral” relevance as well as inbound linking for websites.

With organic search marketing, you’ll see good outcomes as long as you focus on the appropriate objectives. Enhancing your business is the goal of search engine optimization. It isn’t focused merely on getting the highest amount of traffic. Make your specialty targeted and effective keywords.

Sunday’s game between the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers was played in an unusual venue, but produced the expected result. In the NFL’s third regular season game in London, England the Patriots showed the Wembley Stadium crowd why they’re among the league’s best as they methodically dismantled the Bucs en route to a 35-7 victory. Oddly, it took a trans-Atlantic trip for the Pats to get their first road win of the season-the Bucs were ‘officially’ the home team in the contest. New England QB Tom Brady threw for 308 yards and 3 touchdowns, though was picked off twice in the workmanlike victory. Tampa Bay remained winless, slipping to 0-7 while New England improved to 5-2.

The Patriots easily covered the pointspread as -15′ ‘road’ favorites, and improved their record against the number to 4-3 on the season. The Bucs have struggled almost as badly against the NFL pointspread as they have straight up, and slipped to 1-6 versus the money. The 42 combined points scored went UNDER the posted total of 44′. Tampa Bay has gone OVER in four of their seven games, while New England has gone UNDER in 4 of 7.

Afterwards, Pats’ QB Brady said that he’s enjoying the trip to England-as well as the victory:

“I’m feeling great. I keep rolling. That’s two wins in a row. We went out there and put two touchdowns on the board there in the second half. We had plenty of distractions coming over here, but everybody was really energized. To get the win and fly home and have a bye week off is just great.”

NFL football is still a big deal in soccer mad England, and over 80,000 fans jammed the stadium for the game. League commissioner Roger Goodell has stated that he’d like to see multiple regular season games held in London, with a possibility of the city eventually receiving an NFL franchise. Even a superstar like Tom Brady wasn’t quite used to the rock star like treatment he received in England:

“All the flashbulbs were going off there before the kickoff. They went on for about 10 minutes, which you don’t see in the States too often. I think it’s a privilege to come over here and get to enjoy this type of experience. It will probably never happen again for us, so we’ll retire 1-0 internationally.”

Even the usually solemn coach Bill Belichick was pleased with the experience:

“It’s a great way to end this week. It’s been an enjoyable couple days here and glad we could end it on a positive note.”

And even in Europe, Bucs’ first year coach Raheem Morris continued to sound like a man in over his head as he made his weekly excuse filled post game comments:

“Tom, he’s the guy that changed the game. He’s the guy you worry about constantly. When you have a great quarterback like that, that’s what he does and that’s what he will do for you.”

The Bucs have now lost 11 straight games, their longest losing streak since a NFL record 26 game losing run in’76-77. Welsh boxer Joe Calzaghe served as honorary captain of Tampa Bay, and they could have done worse than to put a real fighter in the lineup on this day. As Brady noted, New England will have a bye next week as will Tampa Bay.

It was the sort of sloppy NFL preseason game that made the coaches more interested in escaping with as few injuries as possible than with winning or evaluating talent. In a driving rainstorm at Arrowhead Stadium the Houston Texans outlasted the Kansas City Chiefs to take a 16-10 NFL exhibition victory.

Texans coach Gary Kubiak summed up the mindset in such miserable weather conditions:

“It was a very sloppy night weather-wise and whoever plays the best defense and whoever doesn’t put it on the ground usually finds a way to win in this league. I was glad we did, but we paid a price. We have some guys banged up and that usually happens when you get out there in a mess like that.”

The biggest name to suffer an injury was Houston backup QB Rex Grossman. Kubiak gave an early assessment of his prognosis after the game:

“It looks like he has a pretty good hamstring. The first play when he went in he booted and said he felt his hamstring pull or pop, or whatever. So we’ll have to wait and see.”

Texans running back Ryan Moats had 52 yards on 10 carries, and was happy about just having some actual opposition:

“It felt good to finally hit somebody else for a change and not worry about hurting anybody else.”

Texans starting QB Matt Schaub was generally pleased with his first performance of the NFL preseason:

“We ran the ball effectively down in the red zone and we were able to finish that drive 95 yards for a touchdown. That’s the way you want to finish off your day.”

Kansas Citys head coach Todd Haley made his NFL coaching debut, and spoke of the experience in his postgame comments:

“It’s your first game as head coach and I know it’s just preseason, but it was an exciting, exciting moment for me. If you tell me the first real one’s a win, I’ll take this loss any day of the week. It’s a special feeling when it’s your team and a lot of responsibility comes with that and I didn’t live up to my end of that. That’s the part that’s got to change.”

Houston will start the NFL regular season at home against the New York Jets on Sunday, September 13th while Kansas City will play the Ravens at Baltimore.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers managed to escape with a win at Jacksonville on Saturday night, but by the narrowest of margins. The Jags gave up the opportunity to tie the game after a last minute touchdown, and decided to go for a 2 point conversion and the win. The attempt failed, and the Bucs survived to win by a 24-23 final score.

A quarterback battle may be brewing in Tampa, as starter Byron Leftwich was outplayed by backup Luke McCown. Leftwich moved the team into Jacksonville territory on three occasions, but came away with only a field goal. He finished with 63 yards on 6 of 12 passing and gave his thoughts on his performance after the game:

“We did some good things. I didn’t play great, but I played OK. We wanted to look better. We wanted to understand situations better.”

McCown was 6 of 9 for 51 yards, but cashed in two touchdown passes. Tampa Bay coach Raheem Morris had little comment on his QBs play, but indicated that hed look to name a starter later this week:

“Everything plays a big part of this decision — OTAs, mini-camp, the games. These games count for a little bit more. We’ll evaluate the leadership and everything about the QB play. I can’t ask for a better competition and can’t ask for a better group and can’t ask for better results. Got to make the decision now.”

A bright spot for the Jaguars was the play of wide receiver Troy Williamson. Williamson was a disappointment after he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings out of the University of South Carolina, but has given the Jags a much needed deep threat. Williamson caught two deep passes from QB David Gararrd and finished with 147 yards. He caught four passes for 74 yards in Jacksonvilles opening game of the preseason. After the game, he said that hes just trying to work hard:

“I am just out there working I’m doing more and more stuff to get my confidence back up. I feel good and comfortable with the offense.”

The Jaguars will kick off the NFL regular season on Sunday, September 13th as they play the Colts in Indianapolis. The Bucs will start off their campaign hosting the Dallas Cowboys.
